Still a little inconsistent, and that’s okay. What’s important is that I’m sticking to it. Being active that is.
In the short time I’ve been going, I’ve learned that I actually enjoy the gym. It offers a lot of the motivation I struggle to feel throughout the week.
I didn’t go this morning, BUT I did take a nice walk and even though I’ve been a lil tired all day from it, I felt great getting out there and pushing myself to keep going.
I feel good, and that’s the best part.
